Ideal candidates will have deep experience in housing policy, market analysis, and real estate finance, with a track record of leading client engagements and building the practice. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, project management and relationship skills.
• Experience in housing policy analysis, market analysis or affordable housing finance.
• Ability to draft/read develop pro formas and financials for housing projects.
• Experience engaging with local officials and community leaders on policy issues.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop new programs.
• Interest in building HR&A’s housing affordability practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing market analyses and feasibility studies.
• Manage internal and external teams to complete analyses.
• Engage stakeholders and present findings to clients.
• Develop policy solutions, business plans and PPP strategies.
• Support marketing and client engagement efforts.
