The Role

We are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Senior Manager or Director of Inbound Sales to lead our sales team focused on leasing single-family rental homes to individuals and families. This leader will drive sales team performance, manage day-to-day team operations, and be a key contributor to the evolution of our leasing strategy. The ideal candidate has strong inbound sales management experience, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of agents to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly leasing and occupancy targets.
  • Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies that optimize conversion rates and occupancy levels across multiple markets.
  • Create and refine sales processes to improve agent productivity and customer experience.
  • Territory & Compensation Design:
  • Design and manage sales territories to balance workload, opportunity, and team effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage incentive and compensation programs that align with company goals and drive performance.
  • Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on leasing performance and strategies.
  • Proactively communicate progress toward goals, strategic initiatives, and performance results in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Identify and test automation tools and processes to increase efficiency in the leasing process, including lead management, follow-up, and document handling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and client management teams to support leasing performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in inbound sales, with a record of high achievement
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of inbound sales professionals
  • Experience with sales automation tools, CRMs, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with the single-family rental (SFR) industry is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree; no preferences with respect to the focus of study

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
