Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Decision Science within its Innovative Medicine Supply Chain to lead digital transformation and analytics innovation across the function. You will develop and execute strategy for decision science capabilities, lead a team of over 10 data scientists and managers, collaborate across supply chain and with digital/IT leaders, and establish model governance and scalable digital products.

Travel ~20% will be expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Math.
• 10+ years in supply chain, analytics, or decision science within regulated industries.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• deep understanding of pharma supply chain processes.
• proven ability to translate analytics into business outcomes.
• expertise in optimization, ML, AI, and operations research.
• excellent communication skills.
