Summary:

This director will report to the VP of UNCHA Practice Quality and Innovation, CMO for ambulatory quality and value care. The director will serve as the senior leader for Implementation Support and Change Management across UNC Health’s primary care and prioritized specialties with system‑wide accountability for strategic planning, innovation, and transformation initiatives across ambulatory operations.
