The candidate will oversee disaster recovery, 24/7 system support, and the development of roadmaps for information security, cloud environments, and critical applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/telecom or related field required.
  • 8+ years IT experience with cloud implementations and architecture.
  • 3+ years developing roadmaps for information security functions.
  • 3+ years using Tanium, Prisma and at least one of Rapid7 or Qualys.

Responsibilities

  • Direct multiple work functions or major projects with strategic impact.
  • Interface with IT vendors; measure performance and outcomes.
  • Forecast technology plans for enterprise applications, tools, and infra.
  • Oversee budgeting, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and 24/7 system support.
  • Lead performance management of direct reports.

Position Overview

Director II Technology – Pulse Point, 220 Virginia Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204.Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.Job Level: Director. Job Family: IFT > IT Tech Strategy. Anticipated End Date: 2026-08-24.

Responsibilities
  • Direct multiple work functions or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact.
  • Interface with key IT solution vendors; develop strategies and facilitate performance measurement plans to optimize vendor and associate performance and outcomes.
  • Develop and forecast technology plans for enterprise applications, tools, infrastructure, or domains of equivalent scope and complexity.
  • Manage a domain or suite of applications (or equivalent capital/level of responsibility).
  • Oversee strategic planning, budget development, and management for one or more cost centers, ensuring contract compliance and integration of governmental regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis.
  • Deliver and support system solutions that support the operations of functional areas on a 24×7×365 basis.
  • Plan and execute annual projects while maintaining profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key business partners.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Eight (8) years of IT experience (or related occupations).
  • Experience requirements (minimum):
    • 5 years implementing technologies in cloud environments.
    • 3 years in systems architecture.
    • 3 years developing technological roadmaps for key information security functions.
    • 3 years utilizing Tanium, Prisma, and either Rapid7 or Qualys.
  • Alternate qualification: Master’s degree plus six (6) years of IT experience (must include skills listed above).
