Job summary

Samba is seeking a Director Product Manager to advance identity resolution capabilities and build future-proof identity and activation solutions. You will own product strategy and roadmap across identity and activation, shaping where the market is heading and turning that into products customers want to buy.

This is a senior role for someone who can operate at two altitudes: set direction and be hands-on with customers and engineering, delivering what is needed to expand our client base in

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B data platforms.
• Deep domain expertise in identity resolution and device/identity graphs.
• Strong experience in activation, data movement, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to define market direction and translate it into product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation.
• Advance identity resolution product features like graph building and cross-device linking.
• Own activation with audience activation, data orchestration, and multi-destination delivery.
• Translate market and competitive insights into positioning and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to convert requirements into specs.
• Work with engineering to deliver, unblock decisions, and move the roadmap.
• Ensure privacy and data governance standards across the product.
• Define success metrics and use them to drive investment and iteration.
