This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge which is predominantly intellectual in character and which routinely exercises discretion and judgment. The advanced knowledge is in a field of science or learning and gained through a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction, experience, and expertise acquired in the field. The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise in multiple areas of Process Technology or Mechanical Systems Engineering design. The role leads other engineers in executing project assignments and may oversee several teams of engineers with a focus on gas turbine based simple cycle, combined cycle and cogeneration projects, proposals or studies.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
