Position Overview:

This role is responsible for growing HVAC plan enrollment across all Own Brand and Utility Partner territories. This role will develop a strategic HVAC marketing plan across all channels including direct mail, email, paid search, organic search, programmatic banner ads, direct response TV, social media etc. To achieve this broad scope, the successful candidate must coordinate closely with Direct Mail Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Partner Success, Contractor Management, and Retention teams.

This role will also coordinate with external partners (Service Experts, Utilities and Contractors) to convert HVAC policies into new HVAC and WH installation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive HVAC membership growth. Manage financial pack inputs and approvals while identifying opportunities across all channels through increased acquisition, cross sell, retention and win back marketing strategies. Conduct performance analysis to identify key response variables and optimize acquisition efforts. Develop and test new marketing strategies, monitor campaign performance, and ensure accurate tracking of all initiatives.
  • Policy to Install: Expand the distribution network for the Advantage leasing program by securing new utility partners and executing targeted marketing acquisition campaigns. Drive sales opportunities via repair jobs with Service Experts and our Contractor Network.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze KPIs related to plan movements, marketing effectiveness, and retention. Generate reports, provide insights, and recommend actions to optimize customer acquisition and reduce cancellations.
  • Retention: Develop pricing strategies with Finance to balance revenue and retention.
  • Innovation & Growth: Propose new products, marketing channels, and promotional concepts. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance acquisition strategies and guide marketing teams in executing innovative tests and refining creative and data strategies.
  • Financial & Operational Planning: Prepare and manage budgets, define reporting requirements, oversee marketing creative approvals, and ensure proper tracking and analysis of test initiatives to align with strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, and experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience.
  • Must be able to lead in ambiguity and fast-paced change—can set clear direction and make decisions in ambiguous situations in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Proven track record of development and execution of tactical plans and delivering successful products.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage several detailed projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate and influence across teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and managing a large product portfolio.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks.

Salary Range: $139,771.85 to $186,362.47

Annual Bonus Potential: 20%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
