A leading environmental company is seeking a Director of Human Resources in California. This role will guide HR activities and ensure workforce safety across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in HR management, a Bachelor's degree in HR, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $160,000 to $175,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Purpose:
The Director, Human Resources guides and manages the Human Resources activities of the organization, including services, policies and programs. The Director, Human Resources is also responsible for the area of safety for the company. This position is directly responsible for HR at both IDI in Richmond and DL in Montreal, Canada. Other duties in support of the SVP, HR for the North American organization will be assigned as needed.

Pay Range: $160000 to $175000 Per Year.
