Job Family: Human Capital Business Partners

What You Will Do

The Human Capital Business Partner Director acts as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, collaborating on workforce management and organizational effectiveness. You will work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on employee development, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance, and employee relations across multiple U.S. locations. Additionally, you will coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added services that support business objectives.

Your responsibilities include managing employee relations, interpreting policies, ensuring legal compliance, coaching and mentoring, and driving employee engagement. You will also partner with Talent Acquisition to support staffing and talent management efforts and act as a change agent to facilitate organizational evolution.

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Human Capital Business Partner in a large or mid-size multi-site organization
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and HR policies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with shared service delivery models is preferred
  • Ability to develop creative talent solutions aligned with business needs

The annual salary range for this position is $155,000 - $259,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
