Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for the daily operations and oversight of teams that deliver a full suite of hub services and programs aimed at optimizing the overall experience for patients and providers, eliminating barriers to access, increasing therapy adoption and persistency, and providing support throughout the patient journey. Ensures operational activities are efficient, compliant, effective, within budget, and meet strategic and business requirements within the designated area.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees daily hub operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of services aligned with program SLAs.
- Develops and implements operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and compliance.
- Establishes and maintains KPIs to monitor performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners on program design, implementation, and process improvements.
- Works with Sales and RFP teams on proposals, capabilities presentations, and finalist meetings, providing input on program design, technology, and staffing.
- Prepares and facilitates client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Manages a budget based on program attributes and volume.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness, including resource allocation.
- Facilitates communication among cross-functional teams within the hub and organization.
- Oversees technology implementation and maintenance required for service execution.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manages the non-commercial pharmacy (NCP).
- Monitors industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Leads, mentors, and develops operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of pharmacy industry experience OR high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of pharmacy experience.
- At least 7 years in healthcare operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Understanding of operations management principles, process optimization, resource management, and performance measurement.
- Customer/client management experience, resolving issues and managing relationships.
- At least 2 years contributing to financial decisions.
- At least 3 years in leadership roles, including cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel up to 20% for business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Hub Operations, reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and operational policies.
- Exceptional project management skills from planning to execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, innovative in project development.
- Industry and business knowledge.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Required RPh license from the relevant state authority.
