The Director, HRIS (Workday) leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of the organization's HR technology ecosystem, with primary ownership of Workday and related applications. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders, this role drives technology solutions that support organizational growth, operational excellence, compliance, workforce insights, and employee experience while ensuring effective system governance, integrations, and continuous improvement.
Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
