  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the HRIS team while fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer service.
HR Technology Architecture & Integrations
  • Own the overall HR systems architecture, with accountability for Workday and its ecosystem of integrated applications.
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise integration strategy that enables seamless connectivity between Workday and payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, identity management, finance, and third-party systems.
  • Partner with IT and Enterprise Architecture teams to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable integration frameworks, standards, and governance.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, performance, and accuracy of HR system integrations and interfaces.
HR Technology Portfolio Management
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of HR technology solutions across the enterprise.
  • Assess application effectiveness, utilization, business value, and cost efficiency to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop a long-term technology portfolio strategy that simplifies the technology landscape, reduces redundancy, and improves the employee and administrator experience.
  • Establish governance and decision-making processes for technology investments, enhancements, and system retirement planning.
Application Governance & Operational Excellence
  • Provide governance and operational oversight for Workday and supporting HR applications, including talent, learning, engagement, and workforce management platforms.
  • Establish support models, service delivery standards, change management practices, and user adoption strategies.
  • Ensure applications remain secure, compliant, properly maintained, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to prioritize enhancements, manage product roadmaps, and maximize return on technology investments.
  • Champion HR data governance, reporting integrity, system compliance, and audit readiness across the HR technology environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise systems experience, including 5+ years of people leadership experience, such as HRIS, Workday, or HR technology teams.
  • Deep expertise administering, optimizing, and governing Workday HCM and related modules.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives and large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Experience partnering with senior HR leaders and executive stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
