Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a strategic Director, HR Business Partner to align global finance and people strategy. You will work with CFO reports and the Global Finance Leadership to advance business objectives and people initiatives in a high-performance culture.

The role is hybrid with three in-office days per week; you will lead talent strategy, change management, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching, partnering with executives to shape structure and leadership

Competenze

• 10+ years’ relevant experience.
• Strategic people partner with experience in talent agenda design, org development, and global transformation programs.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and coach senior leaders through organizational transformations.
• Analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the drive to turn high-level business requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Comfortable using advanced executive coaching techniques to make recommendations across opposing and equally critical business needs.
• Curious and passionate about the business context and leadership growth; builds strong relationships as an inspiring leader.
