Intuit is seeking an experienced, strategic HR leader to partner with the Consumer Group's senior executives in San Diego. You will steer talent strategy, coach top leaders, and build high-performing teams to execute AI-driven transformation across the organization.
The role emphasizes data-led decision-making, end-to-end HR fluency, and driving culture and capability at scale. A strong track record of driving transformational change is required, with compensation tied to performance and equity
Intuit is a global platform company on a mission to power prosperity around the world for consumers, the self-employed, and small and midmarket businesses. Across our four leading brands — TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp — Intuit serves over 100M customers and is one of the few companies in the world to have a thriving consumer and small and midmarket business ecosystem. Intuit is known for its innovation track record, customer centricity, and its consistent recognition as a top place to work. Year-over-year, Intuit is recognized as a best employer and consistently ranked on Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" and Fortune World's "Most Admired Software Companies" lists.
Intuit's Consumer Group is the company's all-in-one consumer financial platform, bringing together TurboTax, Credit Karma, and ProTax under a single business. It combines TurboTax and Credit Karma to help customers make better everyday financial decisions, then actively works in their best interest to find them more money, easier and faster. Intuit TurboTax Live — which pairs AI with human tax experts — grew 47% in FY25 and now represents roughly 40% of total Consumer Group revenue. This hybrid role will focus on supporting the Commercialization leadership team within the Consumer Group and will be based out of our beautiful San Diego, California office. Why this role, now Intuit is rebuilding how work gets done. We're moving to AI-native leadership — where AI carries coordination and synthesis, and leaders spend their time on judgment, coaching, and culture. We're aligning business strategy directly to the skills, scale, and shape of our teams. And we're driving AI adoption company-wide, so every employee can deliver stronger outcomes with more velocity. Our People & Places function sits at the center of this transformation — not enabling it, leading it. Our HR Business Partners are embedded members of Intuit's most senior executive teams: growth accelerators, executive coaches, and change agents who shape business strategy, not just the talent plan behind it. We operate as business leaders first — fluent in the P&L, the product roadmap, and the competitive landscape — who happen to lead through people. This role demands exactly that. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the executive team, own the leadership and organizational bets that determine whether we win, and coach senior leaders through the most significant reinvention of work in a generation.
