Ladders is seeking a Director, HRBP in Seattle to partner with senior leaders, shaping people strategy, boosting organizational effectiveness, and driving enterprise transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating data-driven insights into practical actions that align with business goals.

The role reports to the top HR leadership and leads HR teams to elevate the employee experience across the organization.

Competenze

• Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience advising C-suite executives in technology, ideally with manufacturing exposure.
• 8+ years in leadership or people management roles.
• Experience developing global HR strategies and improving employee experiences across diverse workplaces.
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and persuade.
• Demonstrated business acumen and data-driven decision-making.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HRBP to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will partner closely with senior executives to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support enterprise transformation. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to the business while driving global HR initiatives that improve the employee experience and align with broader business goals. It is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an HRBP who can influence at the executive level, guide teams, and turn data-driven insights into practical action.

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $222,500 - $261,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the business
• Report directly to the SVP of HR, providing insights and recommendations
• Lead and manage HR teams to drive organizational effectiveness
• Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business goals
• Facilitate large-scale strategic initiatives involving senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in employee experiences across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance business transformation efforts

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience consulting C-suite executives in technology, ideally in manufacturing
• 8+ years of experience in leadership or team management
• Proven ability to develop global strategies and enhance people experiences in diverse workplaces
• Experience in leading transformation initiatives with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasion and collaboration
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to leverage data for decision-making
