Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Director, Product Management to own the HR systems portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom HR apps. You will establish SDLC governance, drive platform modernization, and partner with HR COEs, IT, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions that align with business outcomes.

You will lead a team of product owners, manage integrations, and oversee delivery risk, performance metrics, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR technology experience, including 3–5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations.
• Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and formal project/program management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Salesforce) and legacy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HR systems and applications portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom-built HR solutions.
• Execute against the HR technology roadmap, balancing innovation, stability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce SDLC, Agile, and program governance standards for HR systems.
• Provide oversight for large-scale HR initiatives and system implementations with disciplined scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Oversee integration between SuccessFactors, downstream systems, and custom applications.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Systems team and manage strategic relationships with IT, SI partners, and SaaS vendors.
