Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with our biotech goals. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent acquisition, learning, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, driving growth and retention.

You will leverage HR systems and analytics to address performance gaps, lead people-focused initiatives, and foster inclusion, engagement, and connection across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years in HR, including 5+ years as HRBP.
• Experience in team-building and HR program development.
• Proficient with HRIS and ATS tools.
• Biotech/pharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities: serve as a senior business partner and advisor; collaborate on organizational design, talent acquisition, learning, compensation, benefits, and employee relations; assess internal talent needs; facilitate employee growth and retention; support compensation and benefits strategies; address performance gaps; leverage HR systems and analytics; lead people-focused initiatives to enhance engagement, connection, growth, and inclusion.
