In this highly visible role, the incumbent is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy in support of organizational objectives, business performance, and long-term growth. The Director partners closely with leadership teams to drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives across complex, matrixed environments. The role plays a critical part in fostering a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, innovation, and organizational agility. Leveraging deep business acumen and HR expertise, the Director provides strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent and culture priorities, and workforce challenges while ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. This individual serves as a key member of the HR leadership community, influencing enterprise-wide initiatives and helping build an engaging, and values-driven culture that enables employees and the business to thrive. This role directly manages and develops a team of HR Business Partners serving our manufacturing sites across the United States.
