Sofitel Chicago, an Accor luxury hotel, seeks a Director of Housekeeping to lead our team with vision and excellence. You will drive luxury standards across guest rooms and public spaces, shaping a culture of care and service while elevating operational performance.

With 5+ years in housekeeping leadership in a 4-diamond/4-star environment, you will mentor teams, manage metrics, and ensure alignment with brand standards, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

What you will bring to the role

You are an experienced and results-oriented leader with over 5 years in housekeeping management, ideally in a 4-star or 4-diamond environment. With a proven track record in guest service excellence, team development, and multi-department oversight, you bring strategic thinking and operational expertise to the role. Your ability to lead through metrics and accountability ensures consistent achievement of key performance indicators, including cleanliness scores, productivity targets, and guest satisfaction ratings. Highly organized and collaborative, you champion service excellence while maintaining brand standards and cultivating a culture of care, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
