Job Description

The Director, HIV Account Effectiveness Execution reports to the Senior Director, Portfolio and Pipeline Strategy. This role involves leveraging industry knowledge and experience to execute strategies that improve Biktarvy’s competitive position by partnering with field-based personnel.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Executing strategies to enhance engagement with healthcare organizations.
  2. Identifying root causes of competitive challenges and establishing account effectiveness teams.
  3. Conducting assessments, participating in field visits, and developing action plans.
  4. Leading and empowering teams to develop and execute plans of action.
  5. Piloting and scaling partnership frameworks and measuring performance.
  6. Developing business reviews and maintaining account systems.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Extensive experience in field sales or account management.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, pharmaceutical markets, and strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and science.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 50% or more.
Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.

Preferred: Master's or MBA in life sciences or business, with 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
