Overview:

Sentara Health is seeking a Director of Healthcare Value Analytics (Population Health) - Remote position.

The Director of Analytics will support ambulatory and population health analytics, with experience in Epic-based clinical and operational analytics, as well as claims data in ambulatory, population health, and care management settings. Sentara is investing in new capabilities, adopting agile development, and building a modern enterprise analytics ecosystem. The role involves collaboration with various teams including the director of acute analytics, analytics shared services, Epic reporting team, and business domain architects in Ambulatory and Population Health. We are looking for a collaborative leader eager to develop talent and innovate.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

• Epic certification (preferred)
• Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
• Databricks (preferred)
• Agile Scrum (preferred)

Experience

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Agile Development, Ambulatory Analytics, and Population Health is preferred.
