Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Director of Solution Innovation Strategy to lead early-stage solution strategy and innovation shaping for healthcare opportunities. You will identify, frame, and advance high-value concepts at the intersection of business needs, operations, market direction, and enabling technology.

The Director helps the enterprise create solution optionality by preparing credible innovation pathways and collaborating with leaders across the organization to shape pilots, prototypes, MVPs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in suitable field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare strategy or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI, analytics or digital health solutions.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, frame, and refine high-value innovation opportunities across healthcare solution domains.
• Support Project Vanguard by shaping solution pathways for Validiti 2.0 and 3.0.
• Translate emerging technology capabilities into credible business narratives.
• Bridge across leaders, stakeholders, researchers, architects, and builders to shape directions.
• Work across lines of business to identify value and ecosystem opportunities.
• Help define opportunities that reduce friction between payers and providers.
• Ensure concepts are grounded in workflow realities and business economics.
• Partner with R&D, architecture, and solution teams to turn ideas into directions.
• Develop future-facing hypotheses based on market evolution and technology.
