Job summary

FTI Consulting's Healthcare Risk Management & Advisory practice is seeking a Director to deliver data analytics services to our clients. You will lead complex data analyses, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery across multiple workstreams in healthcare.

The role requires a 5+ year track record, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with data visualization tools, SQL and Python. You’ll collaborate with leaders, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects and client relationships.
• Healthcare compliance or government healthcare programs knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of projects and client relationships.
• Design and manage complex data models from external/internal client data.
• Coordinate with clients, advisors and FT I team members.
• Oversee project documentation, visualizations, and analyses.
• Develop budgets and timelines and assist staffing decisions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
