Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects, delegating responsibilities to junior team members, and managing client relationships
• Subject Matter Expertise within healthcare compliance, government healthcare programs, statistical analysis or industry
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and expertise to various stakeholders and/or public presentations
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and expand business opportunities
• Support of Expert testifiers: report drafting, writing, document review, industry research
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Managing the lifecycle of entire projects by effectively delegating responsibilities to junior team members, managing the client relationship, and executing on the statement of work.
• Designing and managing complex data models including both external and internal client data to facilitate analysis
• Interacting on a day-to-day basis with FTI team members, client personnel and advisors, typically serving as client day-to-day contact leader
• Overseeing creation of project documentation, visualizations and written analyses, reports, or presentations
• Nimbly juggling multiple client and internal priorities and switching between tasks, sometimes in a high-pressure environment
• Developing and adhering to project budgets and timelines. Assist in project staffing decisions
• Coaching and mentoring younger team members
• Participate in business development efforts including proposals, collateral development and identification of new service offerings. Participate in business development meetings with clients. Develop and maintain professional relationships with current and prior clients
• Participation in and delivery of FTI’s extensive internal and external training opportunities to help build your own skillset as well as develop new capabilities to be leveraged for our clients
