Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford is seeking a Director of Construction to lead large and complex projects that support the hospital's Strategic Plan. You will manage planning, staffing, budgeting, and risk assessment in collaboration with senior leadership, including the CEO and COO, while guiding consultants and vendors through all phases of construction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Contributes to and executes functional strategy for all aspects of construction projects, aligning with organizational initiatives.
• Provides strategic input and oversees large-scale construction projects end-to-end, coordinating with contractors and design professionals.
• Negotiates contracts with outside vendors/contractors and manages vendor relations.
• Prepares and analyzes budgets, and presents budget updates to leadership.
• Directs design and construction activities and reviews master schedules in collaboration with design professionals and contractors.
• Participates in management meetings and supports implementation of information systems.
