Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) in the United States seeks a Director, Audits to lead PMV and HEDIS teams within HSAG’s Medicaid Services division. You will oversee audit activities, manage multiple projects, budgets, and client communications while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic oversight, and effective collaboration with state Medicaid agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medicaid managed care, HEDIS, performance measures, and/or audits.
• Credentialed as an NCQA CHCA or proficiency in HEDIS reporting.
• At least fifteen (15) years of work experience; at least ten (10) years healthcare experience, preferably Medicaid.
• Budget and cost proposal development experience, including leading cost proposal development.
• Contract development and review experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMV and HEDIS teams as a senior leader in HSAG’s Medicaid Services division.
• Provide operational oversight of PMV and HEDIS audit activities.
• Direct project planning, budgeting, staffing, schedules, and deliverables for the Audits department.
• Coach auditors and staff, monitor performance, and foster accountability.
• Ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables and actionable reporting.
• Present project results to non-analytic staff and customers.
