JOB SUMMARY
The Health System Planning department plays a leading role in the development and expansion of UT Southwestern healthcare programs and facilities through a blend of strategic, financial, and operational planning/ analysis.
In the Director role, you will work under minimal supervision to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic, financial, and/ or operational plans that have an organizational impact on targeted programs/ service lines and their long-term success, typically juggling several projects concurrently in an accountable and/ or responsible role. In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with key physician and administrative leaders to create a tangible impact on the Dallas-Fort Worth healthcare landscape.
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in the office environment (Tuesdays and Thursday are highly preferred).
