As Director, HCP Marketing, Oncology - Lung, you will lead the development and execution of the US HCP and APP marketing strategy, driving launch readiness and establishing a differentiated position within a competitive oncology landscape. This role will own end-to-end HCP marketing - from customer and market insights through positioning, messaging strategy, asset development, execution and optimization - to deliver compelling customer experiences and measurable business impact.
You will translate clinical evidence, customer insights and evolving market dynamics into differentiated value propositions, integrated engagement strategies and high impact marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, Global Marketing and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of strategy and execution and deliver a successful US launch.
