The Director, HCP Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Brand Lead and will be a key member of the U.S. organization supporting Dompé’s breakthrough therapy, Oxervate, for neurotrophic keratitis (NK). The role involves developing and executing the HCP brand strategy, focusing on growing prescriber base, patient numbers, and disease awareness among eye care providers (ECPs) including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and cornea specialists.
The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a proven ability to develop campaigns, work cross-functionally, and drive results. Preference for candidates in the Bay Area or Orange County, but open to remote for the right individual.
