Job description

Job Title: Director, GTM Finance & Strategy

Location: Remote, United States

Job Summary:
This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to optimize performance, inform strategic decisions, and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, GTM strategy, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for go-to-market (GTM) teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  2. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor GTM performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Partner with GTM leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to inform GTM strategy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Support pricing and packaging strategies, including impact analysis of price changes and promotions.
  6. Build financial models to assess the ROI of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and other GTM investments.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  2. Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  4. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making.
Compensation:
  1. $200k - $240k
