A leading technology company is seeking a Growth Marketing Director who will drive strategic initiatives for user engagement and retention. This role involves extensive collaboration across teams to optimize product-market fit and lead marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a minimum of 7 years in growth marketing within a tech environment. This remote position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies aligned with customer needs.
Strategic Leadership :
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Velocity Team, fostering a culture of innovation,
Leverage data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Drive continuous improvement in key performance metrics through a data-centric approach.
Retention and Engagement :
Monitor and optimize customer retention metrics to ensure sustained growth.
Product-Market Fit :
Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to understand user needs and drive product enhancements.
Ensure alignment of growth strategies with customer requirements and product capabilities.
Cross-Functional Depth :
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
Get into the details of UXD, Lifecycle, Inside Sales, Data Science, Behavioral Psychology,
Finance and be able to collaborate across a team of individuals with these areas of expertise.
Act as a bridge between teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product-led sales, or
related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
