Knox Systems is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own the full digital demand engine and ABM strategy, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact. The Director of Growth Marketing owns Knox's digital demand engine - driving awareness, interest, and pipeline generation across the full customer journey. You will set demand and ABM strategy while staying hands-on in execution, especially early on. Your primary mandate is building a measurable, sales-aligned pipeline. Leads are an input, not the end goal. You'll work closely with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations to keep marketing tightly aligned to pipeline outcomes and business priorities.
Due to the nature of our work with federal government clients and compliance with applicable regulations, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Dual citizenship is not permitted for this role. $140k-$170k, variable annual bonus, and equity.
