TIAA is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to define and execute strategy for identifying, targeting, and converting prospects, partnering with the Head of Growth Marketing to reach retirement plan sponsors and advocates.

The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on campaign execution, leading segmentation, automation, content, and paid media initiatives across multiple channels. Base pay ranges from $103,000 to $150,000 per year, with performance incentives possible.

Growth Marketing

The Director, Growth marketing role is responsible for defining how we identify, target and convert prospects, supporting the efforts to attract and win new plan sponsor clients and growing advocacy among retirement plan consultants . You will partner with the Head of Growth marketing to set the strategy for reaching the right audiences utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, digital and social methods, this job aims to execute multi-faceted deliverables that support the sales funnel from first touch through conversion. This is a hands on role for someone who likes both the numbers and the craft.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
  • Define prospecting strategy in partnership with the business and Head of Growth Marketing: which segments to target, how to reach them and ultimately building a qualified pipeline
  • Build programs that increase consultant advocacy, giving retirement plan consultants the insights, content and touchpoints that lead them to identify us in plan sponsor searches
  • Contribute to journey mapping for respective audience segmentation – including identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and identifying opportunities for future state needs.
  • Design, run and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, email, paid media, etc.
  • Manage paid acquisition across search, social and programmatic channels
  • Build nurture programs and lead scoring that move prospects through the sales funnel and hand qualified leads to the distribution teams
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
  • Manages and helps develop departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals, partnering with data and analytics to define attributions and support the build of dashboards
  • Own the first draft of go-to-market content and collateral, such as launch messaging, distributions and sales materials, emails, and landing pages then partner with creative to finalize
  • Responsible for ensuring materials are compliant with brand, legal and regulatory review where they apply

Base Pay Range

$103,000/yr - $150,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
