Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Integration Initiatives / Special Projects to lead a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional initiatives between Mastercard and Recorded Future. You will shape roadmaps, align stakeholders, and drive end-to-end programs from concept to implementation.

• Be highly organized and execution-oriented, with a track record of moving complex enterprise work from concept to implementation.
• Communicate complex topics clearly through executive-ready updates and roadmaps.
• Show curiosity about cyber, intelligence, payments, public sector and adjacent growth opportunities.
• Model Mastercard values with enterprise-minded operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives critical to Mastercard and Recorded Future partnership.
• Drive initiatives from assessment through planning, execution, and handoff to long-term owners.
• Create structure and momentum where ownership spans multiple organizations and leaders.
• Coordinate with Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Public Sector and Integration teams.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating strategy into executable plans.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and progress reports for timely decisions.
