At Seed, we love launching breakthrough marketing work that garners attention and leads to outstanding results. The Director of Growth Creative Strategy will lead the development and execution of growth creative strategies across channels. This role will own growth channel briefs and lead the build-measure-learn process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, growth marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing leadership, preferably in high-growth health, wellness, or CPG companies
  • Proven success in developing and executing creative and messaging strategies that drive growth
  • Experience with growth marketing frameworks, especially build-measure-learn
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a strong understanding of leveraging content for growth
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights
  • Deep understanding of core customers and experience in unlocking new audiences via paid channels
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication skills to present and influence stakeholders
  • Collaboration skills across functions like marketing, product, engineering, data
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing
  • Experience with creative strategies for TV as a growth channel

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead creative strategies to drive growth across digital and offline channels (e.g., Meta, TV, Influencer, Podcast)
  • Build quarterly creative strategy plans aligned with company goals and insights
  • Manage creation and execution of growth channel briefs aligned with business objectives
  • Implement build-measure-learn methodology for continuous improvement
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for success
  • Report performance metrics to leadership with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative strategy team
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation

Compensation:

The annual pay range is $170K - $190K with equity + benefits (remote US). Pay varies based on location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD, Mental Wellness, EAP, Wellness Stipend, and 401(k) match.
