We are seeking a Director, Group Lead Client Activation to join our Fund Services team in NYC with a hybrid work schedule.


Role Overview:


Lead our Client Activation, Onboarding, and Integration functions to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for institutional and enterprise clients, aligning with business goals and service standards. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in program execution, engineering-led integration, and cross-functional delivery management.


Responsibilities include:



  • Managing the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial scoping to transition to BAU.

  • Developing onboarding strategies and solutions balancing customization and standardization.

  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Product Managers to tailor onboarding blueprints.

  • Leading client workshops and discovery sessions.

  • Creating onboarding runbooks and activation roadmaps.

  • Defining and monitoring success metrics.

  • Establishing readiness checks and governance frameworks.

  • Serving as escalation point for onboarding challenges.


Integration Leadership:



  • Designing and implementing custom client integrations.

  • Partnering with Engineering to ensure standards for scalability, performance, and security.

  • Leading resolution of integration issues.


Program & Initiative Management:



  • Driving large-scale client initiatives with KPIs and stakeholder accountability.

  • Establishing governance and risk frameworks.

  • Managing multi-stream work across global teams using agile methodologies.


Client Experience & Service Recovery:



  • Improving issue triage, root cause analysis, and service recovery.

  • Collaborating with client success, legal, compliance, and support teams.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 15+ years in client onboarding, technology integration, or enterprise delivery

  • Proven leadership in enterprise programs, especially in financial services, fintech, or SaaS

  • Strong communication and executive presence

  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and middleware preferred

  • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications a plus
