Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Five years of experience in program development or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and implementation of project goals and objectives.
• Complete grant management paperwork with ACF and CB, including reports.
• Ensure activities adhere to ACF priorities.
• Attend required grantee meetings and participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Lead collaboration with ACF and RPG grantees and participate in trainings.
• Ensure Planning and Implementation Phases are completed on or before due dates.
• Coordinate schedules with staff to participate in RPG activities.
• Coordinate IT activities for installation, training, and maintenance of grant technology.
• Supervise PQI Manager for grant activities.
• Coordinate financial reports with VP of Finance and Administration.
• Coordinate contractual agreements with Senior Leadership Team.
• Oversee data collection and tracking with project evaluators.
• Facilitate Regional Partnership board meetings and recruit new members.
• Support engagement of the Youth Steering Committee.
• Direct implementation of program plans including evaluation, training, marketing and outreach.
• Facilitate sustainability planning with senior leadership and partners.
• Create a project Toolkit to highlight activities for dissemination and replication.
