Job summary

Cart Government Solutions seeks a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the development and continuous improvement of a government-specific Quality Management System (QMS) across a multi-site network. • Bachelor’s degree in a quality or operations field.
• Experience building or leading Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and continuously improve the government Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality policies, procedures, governance processes, and documentation standards across government operations.
• Develop site and program quality plans aligned to customer requirements and risks.
• Lead audits, investigations, CAPA, validation activities, and QMS performance.
• Lead multi-site quality teams and drive consistent quality execution across locations.
• Communicate quality risks and metrics to executives, customers, auditors, and government stakeholders.
