Job Description

We are seeking a Google Workspace Sales Director with extensive experience in workspace technologies and a strong understanding of the needs within private and public sectors. This role focuses on driving sales, business development, and leading clients through the entire sales cycle with Google Workspace solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, sales strategy, leadership, and adaptability to the evolving digital workspace landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Google Workspace products based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, utilizing data analysis for forecasting.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Google Workspace products and updates, ensuring team competency.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote Google Workspace solutions effectively.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with technical support and customer service teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Seek innovative sales process improvements and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage relationships with Google and other partners to stay informed on new features and opportunities.
  • Ensure team certifications and training in Google Workspace products.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Workspace solutions, especially within cloud services.
  • Minimum 5-8 years in professional services sales, with leadership experience in consulting.
  • Existing relationships with Google Workspace sellers, partners, or clients are advantageous.
  • Strong background in cloud services, data analytics, AI/ML, and solution sales.
  • Ability to collaborate with GTM pre-sales teams across sales segments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity.
