Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Director of Production to lead the development, costing, order placement and overall product execution across global suppliers. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure quality products and on-time delivery, with accountability for end-to-end sourcing, vendor relationships and production planning.

• Experience in intimates/underwear production and sourcing.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, construction, trim and print techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, costing, order placement, and overall product execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of global sourcing, vendor management, and production.
• Partner with Design, Sales, Business Planning, Off Shore Offices to increase margins, scale production capacity, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy to optimize cost, speed, agility, and supply across direct materials and finished goods.
• Lead price negotiations, new supplier vetting, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and execution from raw material to shipping to warehouses.
