Job description

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets to track matters related to Accounts Receivables and Payables, and general administrative activities
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to emails and maintain organized communication threads as required
  • Provide back-office support to the Business Operations Manager
  • Handle occasional inbound calls solely to document notes or messages (no expectation to act as a receptionist or engage in detailed phone communication)
  • Ensure follow-ups are executed and documented accurately

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative or Executive Assistant roles
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
