Donaldson Company seeks a Director of Global Talent Acquisition in Bloomington, MN, to lead a world-wide recruiting function with a hybrid work schedule. The role partners with senior leaders to align hiring with long-term business goals and workforce plans.

You will build a high-performing team across professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles, enhance the employer brand, and optimize processes with analytics and governance. Eligible for annual incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive human resources and talent acquisition experience, including leadership of an enterprise or global recruiting function.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate workforce needs into recruiting strategies.
• Experience with recruiting technologies, analytics, and workforce planning tools.

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
• Lead recruiting across professional, technical, manufacturing, commercial, and leadership roles, building a high-performing global team.

• Use recruiting metrics and workforce analytics to improve quality, speed, source effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, company policies, inclusion commitments, and data standards.

The **Director, Global Talent Acquisition** leads the enterprise recruiting strategy and global talent acquisition function, delivering consistent processes along with strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. As a member of the HR leadership team, the Director partners with senior leaders to align recruiting priorities with business and workforce needs. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
