Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate executive workshops and build actionable roadmaps.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets and translate into actions.
• Strong project and program management with cross-functional delivery.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in global matrixed organizations.
• Balance strategic thinking with execution and results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda to improve service, cost, quality, and network performance.
• Develop and execute the multi-year logistics transformation roadmap with the VP.
• Facilitate workshops, value stream analyses, and opportunity assessments.
• Establish and manage a robust opportunity funnel with quantified benefits and governance.
• Analyze large data sets across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Lead strategic improvement initiatives from ideation to realization and benefits.
• Drive adoption of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Influence senior leaders to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and controls in improvements.
