Job summary

Generac seeks a senior supply chain leader to define and deploy a disciplined operating model across supply chain and materials management. You will work with executive management to execute strategic initiatives that build global, regional and site-level capabilities.

Collaborate to improve business processes, ensure production and supply chain alignment with SIOP principles, and lead continuous improvement using PFEP, MRP, and related tools. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years’ experience in operations, business or supply chain.
• 5 years’ experience as WMS/ERP/MRP Super user.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Help define and deploy GENERAC’s operating model in supply chain and materials management.
• Collaborate with executives to develop strategies for improving business processes and systems.
• Ensure supply chain and production execution are in sync to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and improve material/inventory management practices and purchasing methods.
• Champion standard GENERAC tools, train teams, and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
