What this job involves:

We are seeking a Global Space Data Management Lead to serve as the strategic leader for our team and steward of our client\'s drawing and space data ecosystem. This role is responsible for JLL service delivery and drives critical data governance, reporting excellence, and technology integration to support global space planning and strategic decision-making initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Serve as the primary authority for CAFM/IWMS database management and application support globally
  • Lead recurring site data validation programs to ensure floor plan, occupancy, and space data accuracy across the global portfolio
  • Act as the primary client interface for space data management programs with potential travel requirements
  • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate and Business Intelligence teams on occupancy reporting and global space data governance
  • Manage drawing, occupancy, and space data accuracy to established requirements using BOMA office space measurement standards
  • Train and develop key end-users to maintain data accuracy while educating on client planning policies and standards
  • Coordinate services and process management with Regional Vendor Teams, Space Planners, Move Coordinators, and Facility Managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • Previous CAFM/IWMS experience mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in space data management and occupancy planning
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills (p-lines, drawing, layers, etc.)
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities (V-Lookups, pivot tables, graphing, data analysis)
  • Strong communication skills for technical concept translation to diverse audiences
  • Ability to consolidate data from various sources and floor plans into executive presentations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with BOMA office space measurement standards application and maintenance
  • Proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite beyond Excel
  • Background in data governance and process development implementation
  • Experience working with global teams across different cultures and time zones
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting systems
  • Experience in corporate real estate or facility management environments
  • Familiarity with space planning and occupancy analytics
Compensation and Location

Estimated compensation for this position: 130,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
