For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Sourcing - Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape global sourcing strategy and operating rigor across a complex, fast-moving technology organization.

You will lead efforts to turn procurement into a strategic lever for value creation, while driving better spend visibility, supplier performance, and compliance across the enterprise.

The position also plays a key role in cross-functional initiatives, including post-merger vendor integration and AI-enabled workflow transformation.

Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $202,800 – $278,250 annually
