Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Director, Global Sourcing to lead the team in strategic planning and development of the global sourcing platform, driving high quality products with cost structures that improve margins. • Utilizes change management skills to introduce new initiatives, influence teams and effectively implement processes
• Manages teams / stakeholders on overall sourcing strategy and calendar management to achieve each sourcing milestone and deliver on time product
• Responsible for effective cost negotiations, quality production, on-time shipments and overall execution for assigned product categories
