Are you a strategic and results-oriented Total Rewards leader with a passion for creating impactful employee experiences in a global environment? As the Director, Global Rewards & People Operations, you will spearhead our global employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, fiscally responsible, and aligned with our organizational values. You will leverage your deep expertise in benefits, pay-for-performance, and HR operations to design, implement, and continuously improve our employee offerings worldwide. This pivotal role also oversees global employee data, reporting, and people operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive a unified and effective global people strategy.
