Anaplan is scaling rapidly, and we are expanding our Partner Ecosystem team to focus more on the success of our consulting and technology partners. We are seeking a Director, Global Partner Success to join our Channels & Alliances team, reporting to the VP, Global Partner Growth. The Partner Success team aims to enable Partners on Anaplan Apps, platform, and decision excellence frameworks to accelerate business success.

As a leader of the Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in building, enabling, and scaling the partner ecosystem. This role involves collaboration across PS, CS, product, Apps CoEs, marketing, alliances, and sales to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to effectively market, sell, and implement our Apps-led strategy. This position is key to driving growth and scaling our business through our partner network, with the team serving as a strategic driver for increasing partner adoption and success.

Your Impact

  1. Partner Enablement Execution: Lead the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with Anaplan’s growth objectives, covering SIs, ISVs, and Cloud partners.
  2. Partner-led Delivery Excellence Execution: Oversee and enhance the partner delivery excellence program to ensure high-quality implementations and maximize value from Anaplan Apps and Platform.
  3. Manage a team of Partner Success specialists: Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering their career growth and contributing to our winning culture.
  4. Joint Operating Model: Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement a joint operating model that accelerates go-to-market outcomes, designing innovative delivery mechanisms for effective knowledge transfer.
  5. Outcome-Based Enablement: Develop KPIs to measure enablement impact, assess partner readiness, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  6. Engage with senior leadership internally and externally, playing a key role in partner advocacy.
  7. Demonstrate a proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth SaaS companies.
  8. Experience managing implementation projects, mitigating risks, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver customer value.
  9. 10+ years in high-growth SaaS environments, leading partner enablement teams.
  10. Deep understanding of SaaS and enterprise sales models, partner and customer lifecycle metrics, and SaaS revenue streams.
  11. Data-driven with a focus on process improvement.
  12. Strong reputation for innovation, accountability, reliability, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  13. Passionate about process scaling and creating partner value, with leadership in transformational change.
  14. 5+ years of management experience and 7+ years industry experience in partner management, solution engineering, or related roles.
  15. Experience working with large GSI’s, technology partners, and Fortune 500 clients, with a history of scaling partner programs and increasing revenue and retention.
